Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-10 Business Days.   

*Unless we are on vacation and then there maybe some delay to your order.

We will always try our best to get your packages to you as quick as possible. However, orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday, unless shipping is upgraded and you have specified this in your order. Please keep in mind around holiday season packages are normally delayed. Expect a slight delay if we are experiencing high volume of orders. We will update our policies to keep you informed as well as post updates on our social media. *Potter & Clay Co. is not responsible for the delay in the arrival of your package. Once your items have been dropped off at the US postal office, it is no longer in our authority or derestriction. If you are experiencing delays or a lost package please contact the US Postal service. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email regarding your recent purchase.  Once we have fulfilled your order you will receive a tracking number to track the shipping progress of your package. 

International Shipping 

We ship to the United Kingdom only at this current time. The shipping cost is $18.00 and will take 6-12 business days once the package has been shipped. However, please read our shipping policies thoroughly as we are not responsible for any damages or lost items. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Potter & Clay Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Potter & Clay Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at potterandclay.co1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
